Grooming scholars to lead with responsibility
Through our prefectship system we train scholars to become better leaders in society. Prefects take on real responsibility, support their peers, and help shape the daily life of the school. We use these roles to teach accountability, teamwork, and service.
From year-group prefects to senior prefects and heads of house, scholars learn to lead by example, communicate clearly, and contribute to a positive, orderly community. These experiences prepare them for leadership beyond school.
